Each of Dashwood’s transformations takes about 15 to 45 minutes, according to the nine-year-old, who told Bored Panda that she works on the outfits with her mother and father each weekend.

“It’s a family project we thought it would be funny to do together,” the nine-year-old said.

In addition to tinfoil and vegetables, Dashwood also uses objects such as pasta, cheese graters, and trash bags to complete the looks – which each receive thousands of likes on Instagram.

For her version of a post by fitness influencer Julian Daigre, Dashwood used buns to recreate abs.

“I love these!” one person commented.
