SAN FRANCISCO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Four Seasons Private Residence at 706 Mission Street, San Francisco is pleased to announce an exclusive partnership with Kerrin Laz to lead a unique wine program at the forthcoming luxury residential project in San Francisco’s renowned Yerba Buena district.
Laz, a Napa Valley-based tastemaker and purveyor of cult and undiscovered wines, will curate the program. The founder of K. LAZ WINE COLLECTION, a beautifully appointed tasting room and retail shop in Yountville, California, and K. LAZ at CIA Copia, a tasting room at The Culinary Institute of America’s epicurean destination in downtown Napa, Laz is one of Napa Valley’s most beloved wine personalities and trusted consultants. She has established personal relationships with nearly every notable California winemaker, grower and vintner, many going back decades, and is a leading authority on wines of the region. Her ability to secure limited allocations from cult labels is legendary, as is her collection of more than 500 wine labels, ranging from some of the wine world’s most coveted and hard-to-find bottles to undiscovered gems.
The wine program at the Four Seasons Private Residences at 706 Mission Street, San Francisco will provide residents with access to a host of exclusive offerings, including personalized high-touch concierge wine services; customized experiences in California Wine Country led by Laz; wine tastings and dinners in the building’s Club along with the opportunity for residents to co-host their own wine experience in their homes with Laz. Laz will also provide a curated wine club membership of personalized bi-annual wine shipments to residents’ homes of the most sought-after, artisan California wines.
“Four Seasons is the world standard for luxury living and I am so pleased to partner with the Private Residences at 706 Mission to offer this special program,” said Laz. “Residents will share in my favorite finds from Napa Valley and beyond – not just the known producers, but the hidden gems found off the beaten path. I will bring the old guard and new guard cult wines to the table. I’m looking forward to showcasing a program that will elevate all residents’ understanding and appreciation of wine to another level.”
Four Seasons Private Residences at 706 Mission Street, San Francisco will offer homeowners an amenity-rich lifestyle replete with access to an unprecedented variety of amenities and experiences through private partnerships with exclusive brands. Laz will join a luxury dream team in providing the famed Four Seasons anticipatory services, personally customized for each owner. Industry veteran Matthew Hoffman has been tapped as the property’s director of residences, while Maria Di Grande, an acclaimed art curator and principal of MDG Art Consulting, will offer personalized consultation to behind-the-scenes museum and gallery tours for residents.
Located in the heart of the city, steps from the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, the Contemporary Jewish Museum, Yerba Buena Center for the Arts and a host of other cultural destinations, the residences will comprise two towers, 45 and 10 stories high, overlooking Jessie Square.
Appointed with the finest finishes and the latest technology, the amenity floor on the building’s fifth level provides a convivial indoor/outdoor gathering place where residents can socialize with a distinguished community of owners and their guests. Features include a state-of-the-art fitness center designed by celebrity trainer and fitness guru Harley Pasternak, a lounge with a tendered full bar, private dining, and a landscaped outdoor terrace with welcoming firepits to take the chill out of cool San Francisco evenings. A meticulously appointed game room will feature a custom-designed media wall, and the club will be staffed by a full-time dedicated attendant.
Four Seasons Private Residences at 706 Mission, San Francisco will be distinctly San Francisco, incorporating and revitalizing the historic Aronson Building and providing a home to a much-anticipated cultural museum on the ground floors. Masterfully blending “historic” and “new” in two contrasting towers, the Private Residences will fill the Yerba Buena district’s last remaining buildable space with residences of world-class elegance and refinement.
The project is the latest in an exclusive collection of Four Seasons standalone Private Residences, independently managed by Four Seasons staff and offering residents an unparalleled level of premier amenities and services. Four Seasons debuted its standalone Private Residences at Twenty Grosvenor Square in London, followed by projects in Los Angeles, Marrakech, and now San Francisco, slated to open in summer 2020.
