The Lifestyle Health & Wellness Expo held it’s annual event at the Sheraton New York Times Square (7th Ave & 53rd St) inside the Metropolitan Ballroom this week.

Free and open to the public, attendees were educated on wellness, healthy living and eating, fitness regimens, health insurance options and more. 

There were various panels featuring industry experts and a feature presentation by the one and only Dr. Oz.   

Jeanette Jenkins, Hollywood’s most sought after health and fitness expert for over 28 years and Adena Neglia, Director of Nutrition for Mount Sinai’s Performance 360 program gave talks.
