To aid her shed the kilos, Insurrection has enlisted the aid of star private trainer Jono Castano Acero. 

All over a customary week, Insurrection works on high-intensity interval coaching (HIIT), mobility, weights, resistance, system and tempo, and has fully 1 day of leisure.

With gyms closed, her trainer has integrated birth air workouts into her routine, including an intense stair speed on Sydney’s iconic Opera Home steps.
