Broadway Shows Playing In New York City Now – Broadway shows are a big draw in New York City for locals and tourists alike. Some people plan trips just for shows. Whether you’re on Broadway or not, it’s a huge part of the New York experience and worth attending at least once. If it’s your first time, you can’t go wrong with classics like “Wicked” or “The Phantom of the Opera”. And with a constant stream of great new musicals and revivals of old ones, it can be hard to decide between them. If they made it to Broadway, they’re here for a reason.

Weekly Schedule Of Current Broadway Shows
Did you know that the difference between Broadway, Off-Broadway, and Off-Off-Broadway is the number of seats in the theater? It doesn’t necessarily depend on the location. Broadway has more than 500 seats, Off-Broadway has more than 100 seats, and Off-Off-Broadway has less than 100 seats.
Everyone has different tastes when it comes to shows, but here’s what we’re looking for:

Broadway, Symbol Of New York Resilience, Shuts Down Amid Virus Threat
Our Thoughts: We finally got to watch it and see why this show is so hyped. It’s brilliantly written, funny, educational (how much do you really know about Alexander Hamilton?), the cast is talented, and the production is fantastic. We’ve heard from all our friends that this is a great show and you can’t overdo it, but we disagree. Our main problem was that we didn’t have much fun during the show. Only after listening to the music later did we begin to understand the genius behind it.
If you haven’t seen it yet, check it out for yourself and see if it lives up to the hype. Luckily I had a friend from the cast who helped me get tickets, but I don’t know if I’m going to wake up early and wait in line to get them. There are several ways to get tickets:

Broadway Vs. Off Broadway Vs. Off Off Broadway Vs. West End
Our Thoughts: Even though it’s an old production, it’s one of our favorite musicals. The music was catchy, the songs were cheerful and the story kept us laughing and entertained the whole time. But after watching other Broadway shows, I realized I wasn’t interested in any of the characters.
Being Harry Potter has always been hard, but now that he’s an overworked Ministry of Magic employee, husband and father of three school-aged children, it’s not so easy. As Harry grapples with a past that refuses to stay, his youngest son, Albus, must contend with the weight of a family legacy he never wanted. As past and present strangely merge, father and son learn an unpleasant truth. Darkness sometimes comes from unexpected places.
Our thoughts: It was like watching a play or a magic show. The effects on stage were amazing and there were many moments when we both said “aha” out loud. The price is higher because the play is divided into two parts and you basically pay for two shows. You can also see it in one day (or split it into two). You have to watch both to get the whole story, but if I had to choose, Part I was much better than Part II.

Local Tip: If you haven’t seen the play in a while, it might be helpful to watch the film and review it before you watch it. They are the ones that most refer to Goblet of Fire.

Our Thoughts: If you’re looking for a classic Broadway musical, this musical should be on your list. I forgot how many famous songs came out of Chicago. The dancing, the ensemble and the talent are incredible. If you’ve seen the movie, you’ll know that the Broadway version is more comedic and has a different vibe. You should definitely see the Broadway version!

Our thoughts: I haven’t seen it yet, but I’ve heard great things! It’s on my list of shows to see on my next visit.
Martin Scorsese’s ‘new York, New York’ Now A Broadway Musical
Prince Simba, a lion cub, grows up in the heart of Africa until a tragedy forces him to flee. In this musical version of Disney’s animated film, he finally learns to take his rightful place in the animal kingdom.
Our Thoughts: The puppets in this show are really great. There were so many moments where we were in awe and moved by how they portrayed the characters. One downside is that it doesn’t quite capture some of the film’s biggest action moments. If you’re familiar with the story, it won’t be a big deal, but if you’ve never seen it before, you might be a little confused.
Kim was a bright, fun-loving Jersey teenager who looked like a 72-year-old woman. However, your aging process may be the least of your problems.
