And now it looks good! There are a few areas where the stain is showing more, but I plan to randomly try to wash off the extra stain next time until it goes away.

It’s better than the gaps and we get dirt and dust stuck in it all the time, and the edges are not far away so I really like this project! Since it’s in the closet, it doesn’t get much mileage, but I’ll update everyone on how it’s holding up in the next few months!
